•    Items are offered as described on the listing on ebay only 
•    We are only able to accept bids via the ebay website
•    Items from winning bids will only be dispatched once confirmation of payment has been made
•    Its acknowledged that where an element of a item cannot be fulfilled but the other elements are taken up, then no refund (full or partial) will be due 
•    All event and one-off items are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser and is unable to be rearranged
•    There are no refunds if you are no longer able to take up a prize on which you have bid and paid
•    No transport, accommodation or provided with prizes unless explicitly stated on the description
•    No liability will be accepted on the part of Gaydio, its co-promoters or agents for any loss, illness or injury resulting directly or otherwise from participation in any competition or promotion
•    No liability on the part of Gaydio, its co-promoters or agents will be accepted for any action, civil or otherwise, taken against individual participants in the promotion
•    Any money raised from the auction will be donated to the charity Terrance Higgins Trust

•    Gaydio reserves the right to amend, or add terms and conditions at any point.

•    By bidding you agree to these terms and conditions and any additional ones listed below.

•    These are all in addition to any owner / operator / venue specific terms and conditions.

•    Prizes are only available to over 18's

•    No refunds will be given by refusal for admission.

•    All events are subject to artist available, and subject to change
