Gaydio Flight Night with British Airways - Comp Terms

Additional Terms and Conditions

1.    Entry routes and costs
a.    The first 400 ticket holders to enter Club Revenge before 00:30 on Friday 6th October 2023 will be given a boarding pass containing a unique reference code.
b.    Entrants must purchase either an advance ticket to ‘Flight Night’ from Gaydio or Revenge or on the door before entry.  
c.    Between 00:45 on Friday 6th October and 02:00 on Saturday 7th October, a stage host will draw a code at random in front of an audience and read aloud. The corresponding code on a boarding pass must be identified by the holder within 45 seconds and the boarding pass holder must make themselves known to the Gaydio team or host or the prize is forfeit and we move on to a second winner. 
d.    The rules will be explained to each entrant as they receive a boarding pass and as the competition winners are announced. 
2.    Entry restrictions and eligibility
a.    The prize winner must be 18 or over at the time of winning the flights
b.    The prize winner must be a UK resident
3.    The Prize
a.    A pair of return British Airways Euroflyer flights from Gatwick to one of 40 European destinations.
b.    Gaydio will aim to give away three pairs of flights throughout the event but reserve the right to cancel the give away, without notice, at any time.
c.    The prize is valid on a return BA Euroflyer flight departing and returning to London Gatwick on a short-haul flight only
i.    Please refer to British Airways Euroflyer terms and conditions for description of a short-haul flight
d.    Flights departing from other airports are excluded
e.    British Airways will try to honour your preferred travel dates, however please note that these are subject to availability and seats allocated to prize winners are limited, especially during peak trasvel periods.
f.    Please request your preferred flights at least 8 weeks prior to departure
g.    Travel on British Airways codeshare and alliance partner airlines and franchises is not permitted
h.    Travel must be completed by 07/10/2024
i.    Tickets are booked in Euro Traveller (Economy Class)
j.    Your ticket includes 1 piece of checked baggage per person
k.    No Aviod or Tier Points can be gained through this prize
l.    Passengers must travel together
m.    Travel insurance, car hire, accommodation, entry visas, transfers will not be provided and the prize winner must source and supply these.
n.    No organisers are eligible to win this prize including British Airways and/or Gaydio staff, freelancers, volunteers or contractors.
o.    British Airways and Gaydio reserve the right to cancel the prize, without notice, at any time.
p.    On acceptance of this prize, you are deemed to have read and agreed the above terms and conditions.
