Contact Gaydio - Privacy Requests (GDPR)
Gaydio respects your privacy and does everything we can to protect your data when you share it with our organisation. There may be times where you would like to withdraw your consent for us to use some or all of the information passed to us.
To remove yourself from our email marketing database, click here.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to be 'forgotten' - the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
Our website content management system can complete this process automatically, if you follow the link here.
You should be aware that we do not keep data such as, but not restricted to, competition entry details past the point quoted at the time of entry. Competition entrant details from before our implementation of GDPR have been erased from our database, other than where they exist in a marketing email database, which can be directly opted-out from at any time here.
Should you have a concern that your request to remove you has not been implemented and you have already unsubscribed automatically, please fill out the form below and we will manually cross-check our database. Please note that this could take up to 30 days whilst we make an evaluation of your data within our systems and up to 90 days to process. The data you share with us below is separate from our main database, and will be used exclusively to process your request. This data will be automatically deleted after six-months, to allow for any followup necessary.
